Cardio workout is very healthy and important for your heart.
There are so many activities involved in cardio, such as High knees, inchworm, power skip and stair climb Like for example stair climb is a great way to get your heart up. High knees is also a great way to to get your heart rate up and the other exercises that i said almost do the same thing other exercise we do to improve the Heart are aerobic exercise jogging, running, and biking. If you have joint problems, choose a low-impact activity, like swimming or hiking.
Drinking more water will lead us to a better and Healthy life, Get enough sleep, eat more fruits, exercise and workout different parts of your body. cardio is very very important for your heart. I can help myself and others by doing exercises we do exercise in physical education class, some exercises that we do are sit ups, curl ups , push ups, stretching, Running and more these exercise help us live a better and healthy life so i recommend everybody doing them if they want one too.
